Cancellation & Return

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, email us at hello@studiomonsoleil.com with your order number.

Custom or made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• The item must be in its original packaging
• You must provide your order number and reason for return

To initiate a return, email hello@studiomonsoleil.com. Once approved, you will receive return shipping instructions.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Exchanges

We offer a 30-day exchange policy. If you would like to exchange your item for a different piece or colour, please contact us at hello@studiomonsoleil.com. Exchange shipping costs may apply depending on your location.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
