Distance Selling Agreement

This agreement is made between Studio Monsoleil ("Seller") and the buyer ("Buyer") in accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

2. Product Information

The basic characteristics, sale price (including all taxes), and quantity of the product(s) are stated on the product page and in the order confirmation email sent to the Buyer.

3. Payment and Delivery

Payment is collected at the time of order. Products are delivered within the timeframe stated on the product page, typically 2–14 business days. Delivery is made to the address provided by the Buyer at checkout.

4. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery without giving any reason and without incurring any penalty. To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify the Seller via email (hello@studiomonsoleil.com) within the withdrawal period.

The product must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.

5. Exceptions to Withdrawal

Custom-made or personalised products are not eligible for withdrawal, in accordance with Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

6. Refund

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, the Seller will refund the full purchase price to the Buyer's original payment method within 14 days.

7. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts of the Republic of Turkey shall have jurisdiction, in accordance with the applicable legislation.

By placing an order, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Distance Selling Agreement.
