Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–7 business days. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take 7–14 business days to prepare.

Damage During Shipping

In the rare event that your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@studiomonsoleil.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
